Black Diamond runs at or near capacity, and turnover is rare. That's by design: we look after the building, we keep the community professional, and we give every artist exclusive, round-the-clock use of their room.

When a room opens, it goes to the waitlist first. We review every application and meet the band before we offer a lease.

Lounge & common areas

Players lounge with couches, a covered deck, a vintage 1920s Conover upright, free ping pong and foosball, a retro tabletop arcade, vending, and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Designated loading ramp, wide hallways, fully gated parking and plenty of street parking for overflow.

Smoke-free inside with a designated smoking area, clean restrooms, and motion-sensor lighting.
