Silver Lake has some of the best small rooms in the city to play, but very little space to rehearse. Black Diamond Studios is just across the river in Lincoln Heights: 50 private lockout rooms you can use any hour of the day, on a month-to-month basis.

Your room is yours alone. Leave your rig set up, come in at 2 a.m. after a show at El Cid, and pick up exactly where you left off.

Getting here

We’re in Lincoln Heights, on the far side of Elysian Park from Silver Lake, with the 5 and the 110 a few blocks away. It’s a short drive over. Parking is in our gated lot, with plenty of street parking for overflow.
